Would You Rather Questions for the Classroom

Put one on the projector as a bell-ringer, or print a worksheet or a stack of cards. Free, no sign-up, and every question is reviewed by a person.

Four ways to use them

Bell-ringer. Open classroom mode on the projector while you take attendance. Students vote with a hand signal or by moving to the A or B side of the room, then one person from each side explains why.

Four corners. Use the 10-second timer so nobody overthinks it. When time's up, everyone has to commit to a side.

Persuasive writing. Hand out a worksheet. Students circle A or B and pick one question to defend in a short paragraph: claim, reason, example.

Brain breaks and indoor recess. Print the cut-apart cards and keep them in a jar. Pull one whenever the class needs a reset.

Is this safe for students?

Yes. The sets on this page are written for kids and teens, and each question is reviewed by a person: no violence, nothing romantic, nothing scarier than a jack-o'-lantern. Students don't need an account, and we don't collect their names. Classroom mode and printables have no ads. See our privacy policy.
