Light, inclusive icebreakers for meetings, onboarding and team chats. Nothing political, nothing awkward, and every question is safe to ask in front of HR.

How to use these at work

Open a stand-up or weekly meeting with one question and give everyone 30 seconds to answer. It takes two minutes, gets every camera on and gives new hires something easy to say on day one.

On Slack or Teams, post the question link in a social channel and let people vote here; the live split makes a good follow-up post. Every question avoids politics, religion, money worries and anything personal, so nobody is put on the spot.

Get a daily question in your team's Slack

One would you rather question posted to your team channel each morning. Everyone votes, and the results come out at lunch. We're building it now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when it's ready.

We'll only email you about the Slack and Teams app. Privacy policy.
